SHIPPING COSTS

- Within the KuwaitΒ : 1KD on all orders.

- No Hidden Fees:Β All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed the same day, Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.
  • Β Weekend Orders:Β Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

TRANSIT TIME

- Estimated Delivery Time: 0-1 business days.

- We offer free next day delivery but due to order cut off times with couriers this can sometimes take an extra day to complete which is why we say 0-1 business days.

- Business Days:Β Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

- Resolution:Β We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

RETURN POLICY

- Returns:Β Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Conditions for Returns:Β Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Costs:Β Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Digits

Β will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refund:Β Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.
