The following rules apply to all contest hosted and managed by Digits, including but not limited to Instagram contests, event contests and live contents.

- The winner must be resident in Kuwait
- The winner has 72 hours to respond or else another winner will be chosen
- Digits has the right to re-pick a winner if the account is deemed to be any of the following
- Fake account
- Account built especially to participate in contests
- Spam account
